This morning, Tiyi Sifang guardrail factory ushered in an important production line inspection activity. The general manager of the company went into the workshop together with the administrative manager to get a comprehensive understanding of the production progress of the guardrail project and the site situation. This inspection not only highlights the great importance of the company's leadership to the production work, but also further stimulate the enthusiasm and motivation of the site staff.

In the morning, the sunshine through the glass windows of the workshop sprinkled on the busy production line, and the whole workshop was full of nervous and orderly working atmosphere. Upon arriving at the workshop, the general manager and the administrative manager were warmly welcomed by the staff. The general manager firstly introduced the purpose and significance of the inspection and emphasized the importance and urgency of the production work. He said, “The guardrail project is one of the core businesses of our company, which is related to the company's reputation and market competitiveness. Therefore, we must do our best to ensure that every production process meets the highest standards.”

After leaving the laser workshop, the general manager and his entourage came to the paint spraying workshop. Here is also a busy scene, 200 meters of spraying line, workers are spraying paint on the isolation guardrail. The general manager said, “Paint spraying is crucial to the beauty and anti-corrosion performance of the guardrail. The spraying equipment and materials we use are the leading ones in the industry, which can ensure the even surface gloss and strong adhesion of the products.”

The first stop of the inspection was the laser workshop. This is the starting point of Tiyi Sifang's guardrail production line and a key link in determining product quality. Walking into the laser workshop, a set of advanced laser cutting machine came into sight. The general manager pointed to one of the 30,000-watt cutting machine and said, “This machine is cutting the new orders received yesterday, it has high power and high efficiency, and can quickly complete the cutting task.” He then pointed to the 6,000-kilowatt and 3,000-watt cutting machines, “These two machines are handling the temporary orders received last night, and although the task is urgent, our team is still able to maintain efficient operation.”

Next to the laser bending machine, the general manager detailed the importance of the bending process. Pointing to the side panels of the grain silo being bent, he said, “These side panels will be used in the construction of the grain silo, which requires extremely high precision and strength. Our laser bending machine can accurately control the bending angle and shape to ensure the product meets the design requirements.”

Next to the painting line, a shot blasting and rust removal machine is blasting the landscape fence material. The general manager explained, “Shot peening is an important process before painting, which can completely remove the rust and dirt on the steel surface and improve the adhesion of the paint film. At the same time, shot blasting can also increase the roughness of the steel surface, so that the paint film more firmly attached to the steel surface.”

Afterwards, the general manager and his party took the elevator to the assembly line workshop on the second floor. This workshop covers an area of 22,000 square meters, and is the core area of production of Tiyi Sifang Fence Factory. Walking into the workshop, a production line is arranged in a staggered manner, and the workers are busy in an orderly manner.
